Can anyone help me find out what engagements Co E, 10th Ky Cav (Johnson's) was involved in from 09/1862 and 07/1863??
The man that raised my mother, Wm. Allgood, enlisted in Co E in Daviess County 09/22/1862. He was with Gen J. H. Morgan on his raid North. He was captured at Cheshire, OH on 07/20/1863 after the Battle of Buffington Island. He spent the remainder of the war at Camp Chase, OH, Camp Douglas, IL and Look Out Point, MD. He was paroled on 05/22/1865 at Staunton, VA.

Any assistance in finding the units action history will be greatly appreciated.
