I am not sure. I have this info second hand and have spoken with an older aunt. She is almost 100 years old and has known Confederate veterans when she was a girl. This info came from my G-G-Uncle Hiram who was in Co. I 37th Va. Inf. and then Co. D 22nd Va. Cav. I will have to speak with her again and check her letters and diaries. I will post this as soon as I obtain the info.
