Likely you are correct Camp Kagi was as you stated at near Frisco-a good spot would have been at the juction of FT Arbuckle and Ft Leavenworth north-south road with the Clear Boggy crossing point was a large camping site for wagons trains etc.with
Bois 'd' Arc creek with water supply that ran into the Clear Boggy.
This was on the 1834 Leavenworth road and abt 1/2 mile from the now Frisco Cem.fromly R.L.Cochran he was killed by fed troops early 1864 in his front yard in Frisco station and homesite--Colbert Institute was also acrossed the Leavenworth road from R.L.Cochran and close to Bois 'd'Arc creek--the feds burned it down in Civil-war.

R.L Cochan did build a Grist Mill 2 miles south off the Clear Boggy-- my map slow this to be Sheep Creek which flows
into the Clear Boggy access should be off the south 1834 Leavenworth road.
He owned four farms and his older brother was a overseer Samuel-all in the Chickasaw Nation,no more referance to mill likely destoryed in Civil War
