Did the Texans under Cooper in 1861 have any artillery with them? Mountain howitzers? Anything? I've never read mention of any 'wagons that shoot' or guns that 'shoot twice' in the battles with Opothleyahola. However, it is claimed that 'cannon balls' of various sizes have been found in the Horseshoe Bend of Bird Creek.
