Robert L Cochran was killed durning the Civil War (1864)in his front yard by Fed troops in Frisco,Chickasaw Nation.

I have long believed that Bois-d-Arc-Creek head water of the clear boggy at the Colbert Institute built 1857 by Winchester Colbert & J.H Carr--school-- then in the war-became a camp.It was burned Vol 15,pg 417?
Colberts school later was rebuild (1867-90's)became Collins Girls school
viewed at BLM site--2N 6E
