That is true. a couple of years ago I had a retired trooper who lives over in western County get rather assinine in his position of "we have the real one". I tryed to believe he was right, I made several post contridicting myself and finaly had to post that I believe the Mannford area is the Battle site.

I belong to a group of amatuer historian and geneaologist that pursue Truth in History. No politics, no Politically correctness, just find the truth. That is the link at the bottom of my posts. The true location is more valuable to our history than the political one. We should all look for the truth in history and forget the politics. Union or Southern it is all moot, now all is left is to sort out the truth.
