Hi.

I was wondering if there ever was any evidence that LTC Magruder was actually on the field with the 8th GA at Gettysburg? I havent been able to find out. It almost seems like command devolved from Col.Towers to Maj.Dawson and then to Captain Scott?

I've been stuck on this for a long time. Any help placing Magruder at Gettysburg ( or elsewhere at the time), would be greatly appreciated.
