The Georgia in the Civil War Message Board

I recently found a wooden plaque in a Florence KY antique mall with the name of Corporal Zab Fox, Co. B, 5th Georgia Infantry 1863. The label speculated it was affixed to a trunk or a coffin. I haven't found a Corporal Zab Fox on any of the records I've seen on-line for the 5th GA Inf.
Of course, the name could be a nickname, but I have no way of knowing the real name.

I'm hoping someone on this site might be able to identify this person and that a descendant might be located. I have no financial interest in this, only a desire to see this item reunited with a family member. My Civil War veteran gggrandfather's belongings were thrown away by a family member and I know I would be thrilled to find something of his. I took a digital photo of the tag/plaque if anyone wants to see it. I'm curious as to what it really is.
