I'm not sure I understand the purpose of your question. Did Milton Welker or his comrades leave some first-hand record of personal property destroyed or civilians injured or abused during their stay in Georgia? If so, that would be valuable, since most Federal accounts blame 'the other guy' for violence and excesses against Southern civilians.
