Confederate Cannon in Savannah Park

Hand me down stories from the Daniel Pratt Cotton Gin Factory in Prattville, Alabama tell of possible Confederate cannons manufactured at the factory. It is said that there was seen a "Prattville, Alabama" stamped cannon located at a civil war park in Savannah, Georgia. I'm looking for a volunteer in the area or anyone who plans to visit any such parks in Savannah to be on the look-out for cannons and check them for the "Prattville, Alabama" stamp to verify any truth to this story.

Daniel Pratt was one time a business partner of Samuel Griswold in Georgia, manufacturer of the Griswold & Gunnison Pistol. William Penny & Company operated at the Pratt factory under a CS Naval contract as part of the CS Naval Iron works at Columbus, GA.

E.C. Griswold & family was living in Prattville in 1850, occupation listed as manufacturer, born in CT. His wife Elizabeth and their 5 yr old son Samuel were born in GA.
