Hello,

According to Stewart Sifakis' book on Georgia units, the 1st GA Reserves formed in late 1864 in the Savannah area. They became part of McLaw's Division in the fighting in the Savannah area as well as in the Carolinas Campaign.

They lost their colors too but I forget which battle offhand.
