As the auhtor of a forthcoming book on Georgia flags, there is one surviving flag for this rgimetn in the collections of the Atlanta History Center.

It is their two-sided 1862 presentation banner that was made in Savannah probably by local flag maker Fermin Cerveau.

If you contact their historian, Gordon Jones, he can probably get you set up with a color picture for a fee.
