Gerald, I think our posts just crossed in the mail. Thanks for the additional information. It's an interesting topic and, as you say, one that could use a lot more research. Do you think that there would be much information in period newspapers regarding the hospitals in the area or is that just wishful thinking? I guess there is only one way to find out.....look.
