In the 9/4/1864 Augusta Daily Constitutionalist, p. 3, is a listing of casualties sustained by the
62nd GA CAV between 8/18/1864 - 8/23/1864, so the command was still around at that time.

Did any of them surrender in VA or NC in April 1865 ?
