Pay Grades-Monthly pay

Would someone please post a schedule of Confederate Soldier's pay during the civil War? I have a relative who enlisted and served in the 16th/13 Battalion Georgia Calvary. I have read that a Confederate Calvary man was required to furnish his own mount, and the necessary gear, i.e. saddle, bridle, etc. I also understand the Calvary man was compensated on a monthly basis for the use of his mount. Where there minimum requirements for the mount furnished by he Calvary Man, i.e. age, physical stamina, etc. Was camping equipment furnished by the Confederate Government or was the Calvary man expected to furnish his own gear?

Was the Calvary man responsible for furnishing his own weapons and uniforms or where they furnished by the Confederate government? If the Calvary man was expected to supply his own weapons, is there a schedule of the weapons required?

I have attempted to research these questions on the web but have not been successful. Please help me find the information which has eluded me. If convenient, I would also like information on the U.S. Calvary in the Civil war, i.e. basic monthly pay for enlisted personnel, mounts & equipment furnished by the federal government to their Calvary men.

All info will be appreciated.
