My Great-Grandfather, John Crawford Henry, was 18 when he joined the 66th Infantry.
He was born March 31, 1845 and died in 1911.

My Uncle, James T. Henry, wrote a document for our family history several years ago. In this document, he passes on stories that were told to him by his father (my Grandfather). This document includes several paragraphs of information regarding John C Henry's experiences in the 66th Infantry.
