Mr. Odom,

Yes. Record Group 109 is the preponderance of Confederate Records, however, some of those are available online. Without specifics on the person and card in the CSR of the soldier, I wouldn't know what direction to look for Mr. Rowe. If I had the soldier's name, I can look at his CSR and see the context it is being used and referred to.
