Maj. John Word Hooper, Jr.

I am searching for the burial place of John W. Hooper Jr. He was born in Georgia on 10/13/1833 and is said to have died in Clarendon, Arkansas on 7/31/1886. He served as a Captain and Major in the 19th Georgia Volunteer Infantry Regiment, and after resigning his commission due to disability he was elected to the Georgia legislature from 1863 to 1865.
In 1870 he married Frances J. “Fannie” Stewart. They are found in the 1880 census in Fulton County (Atlanta), Georgia with two children: Stewart 8 and Bayard 3. John W. Hooper is recorded there as a commercial salesman, and had been a merchant or clerk in the previous three censuses.
I've posted this on the Arkansas site as well.
Thanks.
