Saw this board and wanted to know if a list of confederate casualties exists. John A. Ramsey from Coosa county, AL joined Hilliard's legion, 2nd company battalion, in 1862. I have him and his wife in the 1860 census, and then in 1870 their three children are living with their grandmother Emily Ramsey, who is also a widow at that time. I would like to know if perhaps John. A. Ramsey died at the battle of Chickamauga possibly. Thanks for any leads you might have on this.
