I located a bond and requistion form; for( an order placed by the Jackson Guards of Atlanta($1000bond 3/28/61). The order was placed on April 9th,1861 to L.S. Hart Sav.
For 60 altered muskets & equipment.

My questions: Why did the company officers sign this bond for the Arms & Equipment?
And who was L.S. Hart Sav. ?
