The 57th Regiment, Georgia Infantry was not at Gettysburg but rather was in the Vicksburg campaign. However one of its members George H. Terry of Company H was reported as being taken prisoner at Hagerstown in early July of 1863. All of his Compiled Military Service Records indicate that he was at Gettysburg with the 57th Georgia. Sometimes other soldiers CMSR's are mixed in with other soldiers but I have not seen an entire soldier's records being this far off. His records further indicate that he had duty with the 1st Connecticut Infantry which the majority of those former Confederates were at Gettysburg.
