I noticed your question about Isadore Hershfield. My grandfather was Isadore Abraham Hershfield, but he wasn't born until 1864 in Russia. He did spend time in New York City, Georgia (Fitzgerald), Florida (Ocala) and Tennessee (Knoxville and Chattanooga) though. Not sure about the "Broadfoot" name though.
