No, CW Confederate soldier records rarely reveal the names of family members.

Your best bet would be to search via Ancestry.com, my subscription has expired, so, I cannot help you there.

You might try a local Mormon Family Research Center.

I found a Richard, and also a younger James, both in separate families in Appling, Georgia. This is near Augusta, way across the state from Baker & Millier Counties.
