My preliminary research indicates Hubbard Pryor claimed his owner was a man named Haden Pryor of Polk County. I have not found any slave owner named Pryor in the 1860 Slave Schedules in Polk County. I have just started searching for information, and will definitely be looking to resolve this connection.
