It was a little unusual to find records of a Confederate Officer receiving a presentation ( I call them parade ) Flag and a field flag of bunting. A few years earlier it was the norm in the U.S. Army, it seams to have faded with the war effort to supply flags.

Nice research, I wish other would do the same with citations to actual sources.
