I asked about the 2nd TX regimental flag some time back. Since then I have had little luck locating it. To to best of my knowledge, it was captured at Vicksburg but I have no idea by whom or where it went. This is a good bit out of my field so if anyone can provide any suggestions on how to locate the flag I would graetly appreciate it.
