One of the flags of the 21st Wisconsin was captured by the 21st Mississippi Infantry. I have a good bit of documentation about this capture if you are interested. The flag was kept by the state of Mississippi until the early 1900s when it was returned to the state of Wisconsin. It in the collections of the Wisconsin Veterans Museum In Madison.
