We own an auction company in Kentucky and found a unique flag/banner that is in period mint condition. It has 5 stars on black ribbon diagonal across 4 a blue striped with white background. It also has a red border squared around the descripton. It has gromets brass fittings. 4'3''x 34'' long. We believe that this is a very rare flag made with maker marked by Bull Dog. Hey, what is this??? Is it a type of memorial service flag or death flag of those in a family who lost loved ones in ww2? We need help in this matter.
