1861 CSA flag made in Shepherdstown

I would appreciate knowing if anyone has any information on a Confederate flag made by the
ladies of Shepherdstown, Virginia in 1861.
It was made by Mary Louise Entler (Herrington) and her friends. I believe she had a brother in
the service.
There is a little bit about the flag online from a postwar recollection she wrote.
I'm curious to know if the flag survived the war.
Grateful for any help.
Regards,
Terry Alford
