Any provenance at all? I'm looking for any flags for the 7th Mississippi Inf. Battalion. I suspect they may have carried a Van Dorn early in the war, but haven't been able to verify. They were part of Hebert's Brigade at Iuka/Corinth and were part of the Vicksburg garrison. After Vicksburg, they were part of Sears' Brigade. I suspect that one of the unidentified unmarked Mobile depot flags held at the M.O.C. in Richmond might be one of their later flags.
