I was thinking it might be this book and those images. Thanks. Indeed the 12th VA ID is probably not correct.

What ID could it be if not the 12th NCT either? OF course at Sailor's Creek so many flags were lost that we may never know the right ID and so many of the flags were unmarked.

If only orders had been given to mark all CS flags......
