The above named unit was Co. C of Olmstead's
1st Georgia Inf.
I need to know which one of the installations it was
garrisoned at in July 1863 near Savannah or Charleston.
Does anyone have access to William D. Dixon's Diary "Blues in Gray". Hopefully he has an entry
for that time. I believe the diary was edited by
Roger Durham.
