I just returned from visiting the UDC's Confederate Museum in Charleston over the weekend. I had been so looking forward to seeing their flag collection and taking photographs of each one. Guess what? No photos allowed! In any case it was nice seeing their flags and one in particular was a 3rd CSA National flag (TNF), about 3' x 5', wool bunting. It is definetly not a Richmond Depot but it does look period, very fine shape. In Glenn Dedmondt's SC flag book he mentions a TNF that was not shown in the book and he noted it as from Petersburg. Does anyone have any further information on this flag?
