"On April 19, 1861, Capt. T. C. H. Miller was presented with an elegant flag, by the ladies of Chapel Hill. This was presented by the hands of Miss Narcissa Wilhorte." Would this have been a Regimental Flag ? I think at the time Capt Miller would have been in the 17th Tn Inf and not the 11th Tn Cav which he's more noted for. Any help greatly appreciated. Bob
