This is indeed a reunion flag from the post-war era. The battle honors depicted included Franklin, New Hope Church and Murfreesboro.

Cleburne's men did not fight at New Hope Church but did smash a Union attack at Pickett's Mill a few miles away a day or two later than New Hope's battle.
