Taking Greg Biggs’ standard of bunting with 36 threads to the inch the cross-bars of the St. Andrew’s cross on this flag measures approximately 3½ inches across. The distance across the width of the star in turn is about 3¼ inches. As Michael stated, this would seem to preclude this flag from being a Richmond Depot battle flag.
