That would be the fourth National flag that was issued to the 30th in 1864, and carried at the time of Cedar Creek. Until yesterday I had only seen one image of this flag, from Arms and Equipment of the Union Army in the Echoes of Glory set. The Commonwealth's representative sent me smaller photos yesterday of this flag, and also the second & third Nationals issued as well as one of the State colors issued to the 30th. It has never been determined what happened to to other State color that was issued.
