I found on the "Richmond Daily Dispatch", Tuesday Morning....November 10th, 1863.

"Colonel Gary, Hampton Legion captured, Twenty prisoners and a flag, at Brown's Ferry, Chattanooga".

I have no idea who that belonged to, but I will investigate.
