I recently purchased 2 flags from the 1904 UCV nashville reunion. The first is The 1st Tennessee Infantry regiment. The flags design is of the first confederate flag design with 7 stars. It is approximately 33" x 21". It has listed the major battles that that unit was engaged in. It also has UCV on it. The other is the 4th Tennessee Infantry regiment. This flags design is of the 2nd confederate with the 13 stars and the white field. It also has the major engagements that this unit was part of. It also measures 33"x21" It also has the UCV and 1904 listed on it as well. Both Flags are hand sewn and are in very poor shape.

Wondering if you have any inforamtion about these flags? How many were made? Possible ways of keeping them preserved or any other comments about them?
