Ben,

I was asked not to state where it is other than a small museum in East TN.

It is identical to the two flags taken from the 1st and 3rd Georgia Reserves (one at the MOC and the other offered by Heritage recently). The white fimbration crosses the blue bars going both ways on these ANV style flags.

The 19th SC identity came from my research into the family that donated the flag to this museum. He turned out to have been in this regiment and the only time we could find when they would have gotten a flag to replace their Charleston Depot flag was when they passed through Macon on the way to North Carolina to fight in 1865.

That's the best we have so far.
