Les Jensen and Robert Davis have both told me that there are hundreds of liner feet of pay vouchers for the various Confederate depots at the National Archives. Davis, who runs the history room that we both use at Hanceville, AL, told me that this is where he found pay vouchers for the Macon Arsenal making flags in 1864 - the ones like the 1st and 3rd Georgia Reserves and that possible 19th SC flag we saw in East TN.

This shows how much work still needs to be done on flag makers.
