"Are you aware that a name of a maker or inspector can be seen on the canvas leading edge of this form of 2nd bunting issue? I have seen it on this one and one on display in the MOC. Name, if memory serves, looks like "Mathew Orander" or "Ormrayder" or something, but it is there" I find this comment made by Ben intriguing yet knowone has yet commented on it. This name that presents itself on two examples of 2nd bunting issue is this in fact a maker or inspector name? I like to hear from our resident experts on the matter and if they know anything more about this individual if indeed he was a maker or inspector. regards L.B.
