I don't have any info on Kelley prior to Oct. 1864, but after that he led a number of scouting patrols in Hampshire and Hardy counties WV, looking for partisans and guerrillas. In either late Oct. or early Nov. he shot and killed one of his own men who was drunk and unruly. I'm interested in what happened to him after the war.
