Sorry, but I can't get the picture to upload. The rectangle buckle the other soldiers are wearing, are probably the 1851-1874 sword belt plate. If it has a spread eagle with a wreath under the eagle and the E PLURISUS UNUM ribbon above the eagle's head, then stars and sunrays above that, then that's what they're wearing. There are about ten different varities of this 1851-1874 officer's sword belt plate. I still would like to see the image.
