Did you know that there are Masonic Lodges that are strictly dedicated to Civil War research. One is Civil War Lodge of Research, No. 1865. It is based out of Highland Springs, Virginia, near the battlefields of Fair Oaks and Seven Pines. Interestingly enough, my Lodge meets in a building at the corner of Williamsburg Road and Confederate Avenue in the same general area.
