Could be either a M 1849 German Federal Navy musket (barrel length 94cm) or - I presume - a Prussian M 1809 U/M (barrel length 104,5cm). The shorter Navy rifle bears anchor markings and a double eagle stamp on stock and sideplate. Please check and I can give you further informations.
