Union cavalry at Jacksonport surrender, June 5,1,

I suppose that most of the Union cavalry represented at the June 5, 1865 surrender at Jacksonport were stationed at Batesville. Does anyone have any idea of exactly which Union Cavalry groups, (I'm guessing companies, but could have been Battalions) were there? Also, which carbines would they have likely carried? I am guessing that the troops in the eastern theatre got the Spencers, and the Henrys.
