I am not but found a very interesting clip sent to me out of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Newspaper, that agrees completely like you, it is quoting someone talking about Lincoln's Inaugural Address, which you have previously posted and discussed. unfortunately it does not have a date. Will take too long to quote here. However I will write it in entirety when I have the time. The Article "The South was Right After All" is very Interesting Reading. You will love this sentence out of the article..."What Lincoln did not want to lose was the tax revenue generated by the South." He goes into great depth about the tariffs. Very interesting reading. I think the article may still be floating around SCV circles guessing mid to late 199os time frame, judging from the print and font.
