Fletcher Plantation In Arkansas County

Can anyone tell me if the Judge Thomas Fletcher (1817-1880) who is buried in Mount Holly Cemetery in Little Rock is the same Judge Fletcher who owned a plantation in Arkansas County just down the Arkansas River from Arkansas Post? There was the plantation of Colonel Notrebe and the plantation of Judge Fletcher. Fletcher's Landing on the Arkansas River was part of this property.
During the war Lt. James Ferguson of the 19th Arkansas Infantry stationed at the Post of Arkansas wrote in his diary of being invited to supper by Judge Fletcher. In 1860 he owned 81 slaves so was a man of means. Is this the same Thomas Fletcher who was born in Nashville, Tennessee in 1817. Served as a U.S. Marshal in Natchez. Came to Arkansas, began practicing law, became a state senator, served as the interim Confederate governor of the state after Rector resigned and before Flanagin was inaugurated. Served in the senate again after the war. Died in Little Rock in 1880 and is buried in Mt. Holly Cemetery?
I am working on a manuscript about the Battle of Arkansas Post and while this is not really germane to the story of the battle it is still a question I would like to answer.
I appreciate any help with this.
