Apparently I don't have the complete rolls. I have access to what's on the Gerdes site, and have compiled the following officer list, but I don't see Edgar/Clinton. I think when I was working through this before I was still confused by the designation of 46th Arkansas Cavalry / Coleman's Arkansas Cavalry/Crabtree's Regiment. I now believe that the Soldiers that that surrendered at Jacksonport were from the 46th/Crabtree's Command. I think the troops that Coleman lead during Prices' raid were really his old partisan ranger regiment and new recruits. Coleman himself claimed to have never surrendered.
